A thorough exploration of your physical and emotional health status, yielding a wellness plan tailor-designed for you. Recommended for all new clients. I work with you to come up with a plan that works for you at a cost you can afford, point you in the direction of many useful resources, utilizing a variety of practitioner-assisted and at-home techniques. Where I can provide service that is an option, and resources for at-home techniques from world traditions.

 

I do not diagnose conditions – I simply listen to the knowledge you already have about yourself, recommend resources, provide
