Tomorrow begins a 5 day workshop here in Romania, Beyond Experience, on integration of psychedelic experiences. What do we do with the insights, visions, gifts we receive through accessing altered states? How do we bring them into our lives in service of long-term growth and healing?
This workshop explores interpretation and integration techniques like movement, arts, breathwork, auto-writing and more. Put on by the MIND foundation out of Berlin.
Shortly afterwards I will leave for three weeks of Master Plant dieta with an included, intentional integration space post-diet. So, this workshop couldn’t have come at a better time!
Back in Budapest Sept 21. All powers willing, ready to work, ground in community there and share what I’m bringing back.
